KJ Partnerships provides professional digital services including mentoring, international partnership development, curated online programmes, community participation and strategic consulting.

Services
Services are delivered online unless otherwise agreed. The scope, format and timing of each service are defined in the relevant service description or agreed directly with the client.

Booking & Payment
Payments may be made through the payment methods available on this website. For direct bank payments, payment instructions or a pro forma invoice may be provided separately by e-mail. A service is confirmed once the applicable payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes to programmes, mentoring packages or partnership services are subject to the conditions agreed for the specific service. Refunds are not available for services that have already been delivered.

Intellectual Property
Materials created and provided by KJ Partnerships remain the intellectual property of KJ Partnerships unless otherwise agreed. Materials and presentations provided by external speakers, mentors or partners remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
