A tailored international mentoring and knowledge-sharing programme designed around a specific professional development goal.
The programme provides educational and mentoring support for a period of up to 9 months. It may include preparation for international professional conversations, guidance on relevant contacts and topics, preparation of supporting materials, mentoring conversations, progress reviews, written reports and ongoing knowledge-sharing throughout the participant's development process.
Where relevant, the programme may also include facilitated professional exchange with selected international professionals, with KJ Partnerships providing educational preparation and mentoring support before, during and after the exchange.
Programme duration: Up to 9 months
Programme fee: €1,500
The scope, schedule and educational focus are agreed individually according to the participant's professional development goals.
The programme is provided as mentoring, education and knowledge-sharing support. It does not constitute recruitment or employment placement and does not guarantee employment, a contract or any specific business outcome.
VAT is not charged pursuant to Article 90 of the Croatian VAT Act.
